Automated restore

To automatically populate some of your /etc folder, you can place extra files on the harddisk. Create /hdd/backup and /hdd/backup/enigma2, for example using mkdir -p /hdd/backup/enigma2. Copy /etc/enigma2/ to this directory, and they will be restored after installing a new MiLo image.
Automatic plugin install

Create a unix text file, /hdd/backup/autoinstall and put an ipkg package name on each line. You can get a list using ipkg list .... You may also specify file names. For example:

enigma2-plugin-extensions-autotimer
enigma2-plugin-extensions-netcaster
/hdd/mt-daapd_0.2.4.2-r0_mipsel.ipk

Note that you will need a working network at boot time for this to work, which probably means that you need a DHCP server.

This image is ready for nagra 3 cards but is optimized for Tv Cabo cards and his set to Hispasat,
with scanned channels on 01/09/09, due to channel changes,
and a Favourites list included.

MPCS config files have updated pids list By Joebusca, so all Tv Cabo channels are recognized and work (01/09/09).

What is new :-

This image is particularly suitable for installing in flash.
After booting the available flash memory is 3.5 mb.
Using hdd or cf - this can be increased to 6.6 mb available.

High definition (HD) skins BrushedAlu-HD and dmm-HD have been modified for the non-HD boxes.
These have been further modified for this image to hdd versions so that,
when installed, they use only 1 kb of flash memory each.

Special facility to copy media files
(mpg, mp3, mpeg4, divx, dvd) from pc to dreambox hdd
and play later directly from the hdd without pc.
