Analog audio for Sony PXWX-180 w/ sdi over fiber output

Hi guys, I need to transfer live video output from my PXWX180, so I use sdi over fiber extenders, but audio comes as embedded ancillary data, I would need to divide it from video and have it as aux audio, how can I perform it? Any advice is appreciated.

Hi !
You have to use another way. Use digital interfeys- hdmi connector on the video camera .
I guess it is simpler to process only the digital signal without further processing and devices.
