Added EMM support to: local mode, newcamd (client and server mode) NO Viaccess EMM support
New code for Seca smartcards
New code for Nagra smartcards (now Rom110 works ok)
Compiled version for AzboxHD.
Fixed few bugs found on 0.0.3 version.
